You will proactively manage travel logistics, research and coordinate events, maintain organized digital filing systems for expense reporting, and clearly communicate with travelers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments, collaborates effectively with other Executive EAs, follows established processes to meet leadership initiatives, and uses AI tools and online research to source the best travel and event options. What You Bring: • 3+ years in executive-level travel planning, event coordination, or senior executive support. • Occasional after-hours availability to accommodate urgent travel changes or event needs.
