Tripalink Property Management is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media and Event Planning Intern to lead our online and offline marketing events, boost lead generation, and improve tenant retention. This role will focus on managing social media platforms for brand awareness and engagement, planning lead-generating events, and organizing monthly tenant events to strengthen community and tenant satisfaction. • Create and curate content that resonates with our target audience, including property highlights, community events, tenant testimonials, and lifestyle content. • 1-3 years of experience in event planning, social media management, or digital marketing. • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace) for brand promotion and lead generation.
