Turnkey Solutions Manager

FREEMAN Atlanta, Georgia

You will be in a lead and/or supporting role in the planning and execution of the turnkey program as part of events, providing support, consultation and high-level logistics coordination. You will execute the event plan in alignment with the client's budget. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX; however, we are also open to candidates based out of: - Alexandria, VA - Atlanta, GA - Chicago, IL - Las Vegas, NV - Nashville, TN - New Orleans, LA - Orlando, FL Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Consults with show organizer teams on package options and assist with "package slick" creation for exhibitor manuals/websites - Ability to lead and manage turnkey team on complex events - Single point of contact for customer graphic asset collection, structural upgrades and oversight of sold packages - Works with exhibitors directly to provide consultation on available graphic areas for purchase and/or production - Establish meeting cadence with show organizer team to provide regular updates - Liaison between exhibitors and Graphic Production and Operations - Submit orders for 3rd party vendors included in packages - High proficiency in writing tickets in Passport & TSS - Create and maintain Smartsheet to track status of project - Budget management for turnkey areas as assigned - Main point of contact for on-site management of turnkey exhibits - Effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and internal departments - Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to be sent to exhibitors - Participate in post-show debrief & provide feedback - Other duties as assigned Education & Experience - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required - 2 or more years of related sales, account management or project management experience - Excellent customer service and organizational skills - Experience in event planning preferred Travel Requirements Travel 25% to 50% What We Offer Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
