University Advancement Event Coordinator The University Advancement Event Coordinator will support the team-lead in the creation, development and implementation of University Advancement events. They will be responsible for database related tasks, general administrative needs and student worker oversight. • Troubleshooting during the event preparation and during the event to ensure that all event setups are correct including making decisions about policy, procedures, billing, and staffing & serve as on-site coordinator during assigned event hours and will involve periodic travel. • Ensure all client and event information is tracked in the Affiniquest database as per the department's needs.
