Position Summary...Manager, Design and Production – Shows and Events Location: Bentonville, AR What you'll do...Produce and coordinate daily meetings and events in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environmentPartner with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and requirements throughout the planning and execution of meetings and eventsProvide technical support for live meetings and events in auditoriums, including directing, technical directing, audio, graphics, and camera operationsCollaborate with and oversee third‑party production partners, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment of all audio/visual componentsCommunicate timelines, status updates, changes, and key details to cross‑functional partnersDevelop and deliver creative and technical solutions that enable engaging, high‑quality on‑stage and on‑screen presentationsManage all event and meeting assets and content, including video editing, PowerPoint updates, and Zoom supportSupport and execute on‑site rehearsals, offering content recommendations, speaker presentation feedback, and real‑time ideationDeliver post‑meeting assets such as edited recordings, video files, and access links What you’ll bring: Strong storytelling skills with a creative, strategic mindset and a clear point of viewProven executive presence and the ability to engage and influence senior leadersA passion for staying ahead of current and emerging trends in technology, entertainment, and live‑event audience engagementStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environmentExperience leading and directing teams during live events or meetingsWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
