You'll get to experience working at a historic barn wedding venue, who has hosted over 200 weddings to date. Responsibilities Help couples book our wedding venue by responding to inquiries and referrals Respond in a timely manner to inquiries made by phone, email, social media and third party CRM system. Oversee events day-of, including setup and breakdown, communicating with client and vendors, and maintaining venue responsibilities Maintain social media platforms Hours are Tuesday - Saturday; however you may be required to work a Sunday if we have an event scheduled Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management Use a CRM tool to manage daily tasks, contracts, invoices, and overall... client communication Requirements Ability to work both independently and as a cohesive team member Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive, solutions based, can do attitude Must be able to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) 1-2 years experience in the wedding industry is preferred Able to stand for long periods of time Can lift 20lbs MS Office Suite and Google Docs capable On-line knowledge of website design and social media Benefits 10 days PTO accrued after three months of employment Health Insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22. 00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Weekends as needed Work Location: In person.
