Playing a vital role in our events, this role is accountable for contributing to team sales goals, as well as ensuring the overall success of each event. From the initial inquiry through the final event, the right candidate will provide exceptional client service and efficient operations. This is a rare opportunity to work in a historic city landmark and gain experience with a wide variety of events. ● Work closely with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring their vision is realized by developing layouts and vendor timelines for each event, ensuring load-in and load-out operations are timely and smooth. This may include, but is not limited to, catering sales, event sales, hotel & restaurant operations, houseman/porter experience or venue experience.
