You will report to the Venue Manager and be instrumental in the success of our events. • Promotes 100% guest satisfaction throughout on-site full-service catering operations, as well as venue clients • Ensures that all client related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives • • Provides feedback post event to Event Designers, Guest Experience, and culinary teams with the goal of continual improvement of process and guest satisfaction • Manages liquor pulls, cash sales, and end of event liquor inventory • Supervises all vendors & Occasions staff, making sure they follow all venue guidelines Event Leadership For the events you are scheduled to manage, you will be expected to check in with the lead catering captain on the event to ensure that the clients' vision and expectations are fully understood by the team executing the event. In cases where needed, you will step In and assist the Occasions team to ensure a successful event. 1-3 years of venue management experience preferred.
