Playing a vital role in our events, this role is accountable for contributing to team sales goals, as well as ensuring the overall success of each event. Collaboration with multiple departments, vendors, planners and clients is essential. This is a rare opportunity to work in a historic city landmark and gain experience with a wide variety of events. • Coordinate all venue-related aspects of events, including but not limited to set-up, breakdown and vendor management as needed (security, parking, custodial, catering, A/V, etc) • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the events, ensuring the venue is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with all safety regulations before and after events. This may include, but is not limited to, catering sales, event sales, hotel & restaurant operations, houseman/porter experience or venue experience.
