The Venue Operations Associate is responsible for executing the setup, quality checks, vendor coordination, and breakdown for weddings and special events. • Monitor venue cleanliness throughout the event (trash, restrooms, reception areas) and bus tables promptly during meal service. • Ensure all lighting and AC units are turned off • Document vendor performance and any client concerns for post-event debrief. • Ability to follow detailed setup layouts and work collaboratively as part of a team. • Shift lengths vary based on event schedule (typically 10–14 hours).
