Venue Sales and Events Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized professional to fill the position of Venue Sales and Events Manager at Chicken N Pickle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing property events, creating and maintaining BEOs, and working closely with the Event Manager to execute events. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your strong communication and problem-solving skills to negotiate and close sales. Responsibilities: • Manage property events and create and maintain BEOs • Work closely with the Event Manager to execute events • Negotiate and close sales • Develop strategies to cultivate client relationships and drive repeat business Requirements: • 2+ years of previous sales experience in hospitality or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • High level of self-accountability and professionalism • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or Business, preferred
