BASIC PURPOSE: Set-up team members play a vital role on the Banquets Team by ensuring all meetings and events are correctly set up to guarantee a memorable experience for all guests. • Review and understand event orders at the beginning of each shift to ensure banquet rooms are set accordingly. • Periodically clean the meeting and event rooms (as required) to execute timely availability of event space This may include, but is not limited to, straightening chairs, clearing the used dishes and glassware from the tables, straightening the chairs, changing soiled table linen, emptying trash, and restocking materials. Willingness to work with others as part of a team-oriented environment, dress in proper uniform attire with a neat appearance, communicate in a professional and positive way VISION: Critical for maintaining and setting up event spaces in accordance with event order.
