The VP will establish and execute long-range strategic talent and human capital management goals, evaluate and enforce legally compliant HR policies, shape HR processes and procedures to optimize the efficiency of the HR team and enhance the customer experience, and serve as an enthusiastic evangelist of INSPIRE’s people-focused culture.Supervisory Responsibilities:• Collaborates with the CEO, COO, Executives, and key stakeholders to define the organization’s mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.• Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, and continuously mentors HR staff, including managers and individual contributors.• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
