Video Gaming Manager

Job Summary
The Video Gaming Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gaming area. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure a positive guest experience while maintaining compliance with liquor and gaming regulations. The Gaming Manager will supervise staff, manage customer service interactions, and handle conflict resolution effectively.

Duties

Supervise and lead gaming staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.Make drinks and serve beer, soft drinks and cocktails to our guests.Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.Manage cash handling processes, including overseeing transactions and ensuring accurate reporting.Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service, conflict management, and gaming operations.Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.Proven management experience in video gaming, a casino or similar environment is preferred.Requirements

Basic bartending skills and understanding.Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.Excellent leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate staff.Solid understanding of customer service principles.Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction verification are essential.Previous experience in guest services is highly desirable, contributing to an enhanced customer experience. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience while adhering to all operational standards within the gaming area.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
