where professionalism, hospitality, and composure are essential. Team members are expected to maintain a polished appearance, positive attitude, and professional communication throughout the assignment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with guest service within assigned engagement rooms Refill buffet items and maintain food presentation standards Bus tables and remove used plates, silverware, napkins, and glassware Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed Dispose of trash and support general event operations Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors Skills:
Strong sense of professionalism and hospitality Friendly and personable communication style Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively in English Willingness to take initiative and assist where needed Requirements:
Strict adherence to dress code is mandatory Non-slip shoes required All-black attire required No colored hair or distracting facial piercings permitted All tattoos must be fully covered Failure to comply with dress code requirements may result in removal from the shift without payment Cell phones must remain stored away unless communicating with a supervisor
Personal phone use is only permitted during breaks
In the event of an emergency, notify a supervisor and step off the floor before using your phone
Meals will likely not be provided; please plan accordingly
Drinks will be available but must be finished before exiting the building
