Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest service within designated engagement areas. Refill buffet items and uphold high food presentation standards. Efficiently bus tables, removing used plates, silverware, napkins, and glassware. Keep event spaces clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist with the setup and breakdown of event areas as needed. Dispose of trash and support overall event operations. Complete other tasks as directed by supervisors to ensure a smooth event. Essential Skills:

Strong commitment to professionalism and hospitality. Friendly, approachable communication style. Ability to stay calm and composed in fast-paced situations. Excellent teamwork and time management skills. Effective communication in English. Willingness to take initiative and assist wherever needed. Requirements:

Mandatory adherence to the dress code: all-black attire is required. Non-slip shoes are essential for safety. Colored hair and distracting facial piercings are not permitted. All tattoos must be fully covered. Strict compliance with dress code may result in removal from the shift without pay. Cell phones must remain stored away unless communicating with a supervisor; personal phone use is allowed only during breaks. In emergencies, notify a supervisor before using your phone off the floor.

Meals may not be provided, so please plan accordingly. Drinks will be available but must be consumed before leaving the building.

General Responsibilities:

Greet guests and deliver excellent customer service. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Provide timely delivery and service of food and drink items to guests. Monitor and maintain buffet stations, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized. Assist in setting and busing tables as needed. Comfortably navigate a busy environment. Stand for extended periods during shifts. Lift, move, and carry food items and trays safely. Follow all sanitation and safety regulations diligently.
