Conti Communications is looking for a VIP & Events Assistant to join their New York based team. Conti Communications is a brand communications agency founded in 2019 (with offices both in New York City and Paris, France) focused on press relations & editorial storytelling, collaborations, partnerships and events working with brands such as Cabana, Christofle, Flamingo Estate, Matteau, MOTHER Denim, Nine Orchard, NOAH, Repetto, Rouje, Palm Heights, The Webster, TWP, Vintner's Daughter among others. Tasks include: • Research of new brand-aligned talents across social media • Tracking talent activity and analyzing talents based on their audience demographic • Maintaining weekly and monthly client reporting • Assisting with gifting initiatives • Assisting with client events and guest list management • Updating contact database • Management of shipments to talents • Drafting client call agendas and recaps The Ideal Candidate: • Lives in the NYC area • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • An interest in social media, popular culture, design, fashion and the arts • Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset • At ease with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel as well as Google Drive & Dropbox • Very organized and able to prioritize and work to deadlines • Independent, confident and proactive • Exceptional communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal • Dynamic team-player Please email resumes and cover letters to [email protected], subject line: VIP & Events Assistant
