Virtual Event Producer

To support a growing virtual events team, the part-time Virtual Event Producer will manage event production, facilitate live sessions, and ensure high-quality audio and video while working remotely. Key responsibilities Produce and facilitate virtual events, ensuring alignment with client vision and managing technical aspects Assist presenters with platform training and troubleshoot technical issues during live events Maintain accurate quality records and build strong client relationships through effective communication Required qualifications Experience facilitating virtual events, preferably with Zoom and Adobe Connect Proficiency in A/V production tools and techniques, with Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly Project management experience and strong organizational skills Flexible schedule to accommodate events in European time zones
