VP Event Management Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Sales & Distribution to lead our team in the Northeast territory. This senior leadership role requires managing expectations, leading, coaching, and developing the leadership team to meet or exceed key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver annual business plans • Evaluate market conditions and define strategic business goals • Manage overall financial performance and operations of assigned territory • Drive and develop a world-class retail execution team • Ensure best-in-class sales and operations processes Requirements: • Minimum 10 years' management experience in beverage supplier and distributor businesses with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) model • Proven track record in sales and key account management • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to inspire and lead successful sales organization • Strong background in P&L influence and ownership • Working knowledge of DOT compliance, OSHA regulations, and employment law needs • Experience in talent and performance management • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
