SUMMARY: The Vice President of Partnership Activation and Events/Special Projects is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to the teams managing partnership activation, events, and special initiatives. This role will require collaboration with the Revenue team, Marketing departments and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of activations and events with organizational goals. Partnership Activation: • s Serve as an inclusive, team-first leader for a high-performing team to oversee partnership fulfillment, event planning, and special projects. • Collaborate with marketing departments and executive leadership team to ensure department and individual goals align with organizational strategic planning goals • Coordinate recruitment, hiring, training, and development of a diverse and inclusive team aligned with organizational values.
