WEDDING AND CORPORATE EVENTS PLANNER

To the experienced events planner, we are looking to share our space with you and split the revenues in a commissioned based arrangement. The potential is incredible for you to create two top-of-the-line events spaces. • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budgets, ensuring a personalized experience from start to finish • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients. • Coordinate all evenT logistical details such as timelines, seating arrangements, equipment rentals, and staffing requirements for seamless execution • Oversee event marketing efforts to promote both wedding and corporate events through social media, email campaigns, and partnerships to maximize attendance and visibility • Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance client satisfaction while increasing revenue opportunities • Manage budgets meticulously to ensure cost-effective planning without compromising quality or client expectations • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving any issues that arise during planning or on the event day • Maintain strong organizational records including contracts, vendor contacts, timelines, and guest lists for efficient reference and future planning • Proven experience in event planning within hospitality settings such as hotels, restaurants, or banquet facilities; experience in wedding or corporate event management is highly desirable • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts and vendor agreements • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members • Knowledge of event marketing strategies to attract clients and promote events successfully • Hands-on experience with catering coordination, banquet operations, or restaurant/hotel environments is preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism Join us as a Wedding and Corporate Events Planner where your creativity meets precision!
