Key Responsibilities: • Conduct venue tours and assist in booking events • Serve as the lead point of contact for clients throughout the planning process • Create and manage event timelines, layouts, and vendor coordination • Direct rehearsals, ceremonies, and receptions and manage event logistics • Ensure smooth event execution while providing outstanding client service • Oversee setup and breakdown of décor and rentals as needed • Enforce venue policies and represent Mount Hope with professionalism
