We are looking to expand our team with a Venue Planner who will be in charge of all events for New Vintage Place, one of our Grand Rapids locations. Rye Venue Management is looking for a detail oriented, organized, and self starter to assist clients to plan their venue details in relation to their wedding and/or event. This position is a highly detailed role working with the owners, operators, and clients closely to ensure all details are organized and communicated perfectly from start to finish. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the wedding industry Bachelor’s degree or higher required Proficient use of Google drive and Google workspace suite Experience in a professional office setting Knowledge of CRM systems or planning systems (Tripleseat, Cvent, or Nurture knowledge is a plus) Knowledge of how to create and manage floor plans, timelines and more Must be flexible to work nights and weekends if needed This role operates in a professional office and event venue setting.
