We are seeking individuals who are looking to grow their careers in the wedding and events planning industry. There is a collaborative effort to make sure all of our events are handled professionally with the utmost care. Role: Our Wedding & Event Account Managers will, Make initial contact with client once the event has been booked Develop relationship with clients through regular phone call and emails Meet with wedding couples and others planning special events, and document their event details Host tasting appointments and assist clients in building out their big day menu Take lead on helping clients select their tabletop look during design appointments Create event timelines and floor plans Host venue tours Prepare all necessary paperwork for the event production team Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating and resolving customer complaints Communicate details of events to Operations Manager, Chef and kitchen staff Coordinate with outside vendors Adhere to the event contract with clients Participate in Planning team meetings 1-3 years of catering experience or customer facing experience required Previous event planning experience preferred Occasionally may be tasked with coordinating events and/or rehearsals from start to finish Able and willing to work some weekends. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
