Wedding & Event Service Manager This role involves managing incoming wedding inquiries, providing event logistics and sales process support to the Director of Weddings, and coordinating with clients and wedding planners to deliver unforgettable weddings and events. Responsibilities: • Interface with clients and assist visitors to the sales office via phone and email • Manage incoming inquiries for all wedding and wedding-related events • Obtain pricing and restriction approvals from DOW/DOCCS prior to extending customized catering sales proposals to clients • Create and send letters, proposals, BEO's, emails, and contracts to clients • Plan, upsell, and detail meetings/functions with clients including space requirements, times, equipment, menus, themes/decorations, etc. • Cordinate with hotel departments to resolve issues and complaints and ensure quality product delivery and customer satisfaction • Understand sales plans and upsell strategies to achieve established sales booking goals Qualifications: • Serve as a key liaison between clients, wedding planners, and resort departments to flawlessly execute weddings and events • Manage incoming wedding inquiries and support the Director of Weddings in the sales and planning process • Create and deliver proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail • Upsell food & beverage offerings, décor, and experiences to elevate each couple's vision and maximize revenue • Build strong client relationships, anticipate needs, and translate them into comprehensive event plans • Partner with resort departments to ensure seamless communication and execution across all areas of the event • Provide on-site event coverage during critical moments to guarantee guest satisfaction
