The Peninsula is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Wedding & Events Manager to oversee all aspects of weddings and private events across our estate, including The Peninsula, Provence, The Carriage House, and surrounding grounds. This role is integral to delivering exceptional experiences that reflect our reputation for elevated service, elegant settings, and unforgettable celebrations. Key Responsibilities: During slower periods, the Wedding & Events Manager supports broader operational needs across The Cape Collection, including: • Acting as Concierge: greeting guests, handling check-ins, and providing property and local area information • Serving as Brunch Host: managing reservations and seating guests for weekend brunch • Managing Phones & Reservations: responding to guest and event inquiries, confirming bookings, and providing general assistance • Assisting with special projects or property tasks as assigned to support the overall guest experience and property presentation If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a dynamic and detail-driven environment, and love creating unforgettable experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
