We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and level-headed Wedding & Event Production Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for executing floral designs and managing deliveries for weddings and events, with a primary focus on our busiest days—Fridays and Saturdays (potential for a Wednesday or Thursday). Build and oversee the execution of wedding and event floral designs Coordinate and complete deliveries on peak days Lead the team during high-volume production Respond to day of client questions and needs Manage staffing callouts, weather related changes and day-of adjustments Maintain quality, timing, and organization under pressure Strong floral design experience (wedding/event experience preferred) Ability to lead a team and stay calm when things get busy Reliability, strong communication, and problem-solving skills Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is a MUST Valid driver’s license and comfortable with driving large vehicles If you love the energy of wedding weekends, take pride in beautiful work, and can keep production running smoothly when the pressure is on, we’d love to hear from you.
