Wedding Assistant (Part-Time / Internship Opportunity) Location: Lake Shore Village Resort – Weare, NH Schedule: Thursday–Saturday | 7–10 hours per day Seasonal or Ongoing (Flexible for School Credit) This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality, event management, or marketing student looking to gain hands-on experience in the wedding and events industry — or for someone with hospitality experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The Wedding Assistant works closely with the Wedding Coordinator to ensure events run smoothly from setup through guest arrival and vendor coordination. Qualifications • Hospitality, events, restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience preferred • Open to students seeking internship hours for school credit • Available Thursday–Saturday (7–10 hours per day) • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with guests and vendors • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Able to lift décor items and assist with physical setup • Calm under pressure and able to multitask
