Brief Summary of Job: Responsible for supporting the Sales and Catering team and the Director of Sales & Marketing in administrative tasks with social and wedding events, to include customer contact, coordination, and execution. ____ Handle walk-ins and in-house customer requests as needed, book and coordinate social and wedding events ____ Sends out initial request for wedding deposits and sets up Master accounts in CITY and FOSSE reservations systems. Experience in a union environment preferred. Ability to develop and maintain effective guest relations.
