RYE Venue Management manages 5 wedding and event spaces in West Michigan and is looking for a highly energetic, detail focused, wedding/event lover to join the team. This position prepares the venues on the day of the wedding for the couples. Some tasks you will work with our Day-of Coordination Lead and independently on to ensure the client's vision comes to live can include, but is not limited to: • Hosting in person meetings for clients to go over details regarding their event • Gathering and organizing information given during meetings • Having a clear vision of the client's vision to help bring it to life on the day of the event • Communicate with Day-of Coordination Lead to ensure all changes/ updates are correctly reflected on documents for the event • Setting up any decor items • Helping to keep timeline on track • Ceremony processional • Communicating with vendors onsite • Assisting bride, groom, bridal party, family, etc. • Ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
