The company offers various wedding planning services, from month-of coordination to full-service planning, to ensure a stress-free experience for couples.

Role Description

We are searching for wedding day assistants who will provide on-site assistance during wedding days. There are three possible shifts: Set Up, Break Down, or Lead Assistant (full day).

Qualifications

Experience in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate by providing paid experience under another lead planner.Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilitiesExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage a timelineStrong Customer Service skills and client managementAnalytical Skills for problem-solving, ability to be creative and think out of the boxAbility to maintain composure in high-stress environment or circumstancesAbility to work well in a team environmentHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Schedule

As a contract position, we will share our calendar of wedding days and you would have the opportunity to sign up for the dates that work within your schedule. Weekend availability is highly encouraged as most weddings will be held on the weekend.

Compensation

Wedding day assistants pay starts at $15 per hour but is commensurable with experience. Assistants who become promoted to lead planners can make up to $500 per wedding day as day-of assistants and up to $1,000 per wedding day as day-of leads.
