This is a part-time position! o The meeting consists of obtaining all needed information to successfully complete your job and will take between 1.5-3 hours. o At the walk through, the Coordinator will finalize the timeline, logistics, floorplan, and flow of the wedding day as well as answer any outstanding questions from the couple or vendors. ● Transport any personal décor or details for the couple to the wedding day. ● The assistant will typically arrive at the venue and manage for 10-12 hours
