Responsibilities

Guide couples through every stage of the planning processBuild lasting client relationships through exceptional communicationCoordinate planning meetings, tastings, venue walkthroughs, and timelinesCollaborate with culinary, operations, sales, and venue teamsPartner with vendors to ensure seamless event executionAnticipate challenges and confidently solve problemsManage multiple events while maintaining exceptional attention to detailDeliver hospitality that exceeds expectationsRequirements

Minimum two years of customer service experienceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesComfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other business softwareAvailable to work weekends and flexible schedules based on eventsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 poundsNice-to-haves
