Entwined Events is a family of wedding and event venues including The Bedford Columns, West Manor Estate, Bella Rose and Bella Vista Hotel & Suites. As a wedding/event planner, your work will include: • meeting couples to discuss their requirements and budget • coming up with creative ideas and themes • advising on wedding customs or etiquette • facilitating conversation with suppliers such as florists, photographers, caterers and venues • making sure couples are kept up to date with wedding plans • keeping detailed records to make sure that costs stay within budget • being at the venue on the day of the wedding to make sure that everything goes to plan • responsible for being involved in event set-up • researching new products, services and suppliers, through word of mouth, online or using social media • dealing with paperwork, phone calls, emails and letters Flexible hours Pay per event - pay depends on scope of event - receive percentage of planning fee Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
