Bedford Village Inn | Bedford, NH Full-Time | On-site | Tuesday–Sunday availability required The Wedding & Event Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving wedding and event bookings from the first inquiry through contracting and planning handoff. Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding and event inquiries (phone, email, web leads)Respond promptly, qualify leads, and manage an organized pipeline from inquiry to booked businessConduct consultations and site tours, showcasing the Inn and helping clients design the right event experiencePrepare and present proposals, pricing, and packages; confidently guide clients to decisionsSecure signed contracts and deposits; maintain accurate event files, notes, and follow-upsCollaborate closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to executionProactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, vendor relationships, and community outreachSupport revenue growth by maximizing booking value and identifying upsell opportunitiesBe onsite as needed to support major events and ensure client satisfactionHeavy administrative support to Sales DirectorThe Ideal Candidate Sales-minded and hospitality-forward: warm, personable, and service-driven—with the hunger to win businessProven performer in hospitality sales, event sales, weddings, catering, hotels, or luxury serviceStrong communication and relationship-building skills with a polished, professional presenceHighly organized with excellent follow-through and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable managing deadlines, details, and multiple client accounts at onceExperience with event/CRM software is a plus (Tripleseat or similar)Schedule Full-time, on-siteTuesday–Sunday availability required to support tours, client meetings, and event businessCompensation & Benefits
