You will have the responsibility of understanding the various venue spaces that we offer, and a firm grasp of pricing structures. • Respond to all incoming inquiries, with multiple follow-ups for each lead both via email / phone • Schedule & host private venue tours • Understand the unique nature of the historic ballrooms, 13TH Floor & Owl Bar • Create custom wedding proposals suited to each client • Creatively sell the venue spaces by listening to clients and considering ways to create their vision • Manage booking process with prospective couples • Track lead & conversion statistics • Negotiate contracts and pricing • Meet sales goals, based on historic data and current trends
