You will work closely with the Owner, Operations manager and Corporate office to develop, implement and enforce new sales strategies as needed to achieve growth and sales targets. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, text, and quote requests in a timely and professional manner • Manage sales and networking initiatives as laid out in the job description • Sign up for and assist with bridal shows and in-house events to promote sales and build customer relationships • Work in partnership with the Owner and Corporate Office to develop new sales strategies and achieve growth and hit sales targets • Maintain a strong understanding of the services we offer, industry trends and market conditions to drive sales growth • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business • Responsible and accountable for all marketing and sales KPI's such as leads, close ratios, overall sales, customer spend and cancelations. Requirements • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Familiarity with wedding industry trends and market conditions • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva and other sales and marketing tools • Ability to travel to bridal shows and events as required Experience: • Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • St. Louis, MO 63141 (Required)
