Wedding & Event Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Wedding & Event Sales Manager to join the Hyatt team! Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a creative problem solver, and a true people-person. This position requires a passion for working with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.The successful candidate will need to have a strong background in sales and event management, as well as a degree in hospitality or a related field. Experience in the hotel industry is a plus. We are looking for a motivated individual who is committed to providing superior service to our clients and creating unforgettable events. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and coordinate detailed event plans and timelines for each event.
Manage event budgets and ensure that all services are provided within budgetary guidelines.
Negotiate contracts and ensure that all services are provided in accordance with contractual agreements.
Prepare and submit proposals and estimates to clients.
Research and recommend new services and products for event planning.
Oversee the setup and breakdown of events and ensure that all services are provided as requested.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide customer service support to clients before, during, and after events.
