Department(s): Operations, Logistics, Weddings/Events Report to: GM We are looking for dedicated strike team members to be the face of Flowers for Dreams at venues in the Detroit area, where we build and break down beautiful weddings and events. Responsibilities • Pack event and wedding flowers and materials • Drive Flowers for Dreams cargo vehicles • Event and wedding installs, flips, and strikes • Must be able to work weekends (evenings and overnight shifts) • Setup and breakdown hardware, floral decor, greenery, table decor, arches, etc • Clean and organize event and wedding studio • Flexibility with time frames & duties • Ability to work long hours on feet, working with your hands, occasional heavy lifting • Greet and engage with customers onsite with a friendly professionalism • Maintain an upbeat, positive, energetic attitude • Ability to remain calm and problem solve while working under time pressure • Shared aesthetic preferences and values with the Flowers for Dreams brand • Abide by Flowers for Dreams dress code while at venues • Shifts available ASAP Flowers for Dreams is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
