We are seeking a driven, energetic Wedding & Event Sales Manager with a passion for people and a proven background in sales and leadership—ideally within the wedding or hospitality industry. We are not rushing this process—we care deeply about finding the perfect person to join our team. What You’ll Do • Lead inbound and outbound wedding + event sales • Build meaningful relationships with prospective couples and planners • Host and oversee venue tours with confidence and hospitality • Maintain a high level of communication throughout the client journey • Support and help lead occasional events on-site throughout the year • Coordinate and help manage Open Houses, Sip & Sees, and similar experiences • Collaborate with the team to refine processes and improve guest experience • Contribute to marketing initiatives (social/website/email) as desired • Represent the faith-based heart of our venue through character and conduct Who You Are • Energetic, friendly, and great with people • Proven sales experience (wedding/event industry experience strongly preferred) • Natural leader with a passion for hospitality • Excellent written + verbal communication skills • Self-motivated and confident working independently • Works well in a small team environment • Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure • Able to occasionally work evenings/weekends as needed for events • Marketing/social media background a plus • Values faith-based work culture and mission What We Offer • Healthy work-life balance • Typically ~40 hrs/week or less • Base salary + commission structure • Opportunities for professional and leadership growth • Meaningful work creating unforgettable memories for couples and families
