Wedding Planner

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented, detail orientated, dedicated, career-driven, Lead Wedding Planner to join our team. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute weddings from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating all necessary services - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for the wedding day - Arrange catering services, floral arrangements, music, and other necessary elements for the event - Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure all details are understood and executed correctly - Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the wedding experience - Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best prices and services - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the wedding day - Manage multiple weddings simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements: - Proven experience in event planning or wedding coordination - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of budgeting and fundraising for events - Hospitality background is a plus - Proficiency in events management software is preferred - Flexibility with opportunity to travel Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
