As a Part-Time Wedding & Event Planner/Onsite Designer, you will play an integral role in the coordination and execution of our events. This position focuses on the critical tasks typically involved in "Month-of" event planning, including site walkthroughs, liaising with logistics and venue teams, overseeing event setup and styling, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from load-in to final touches. • Client & Vendor Communication: Reach out to clients 30 days before the event to ensure that all critical event details are confirmed and gathered. • Client & Vendor Coordination: Interface with the venue staff and planner as needed to ensure a seamless setup. Ability to work well with team members, clients, and vendors.
