We are seeking a Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team! The Planner Assistant will help in client wedding day needs. Responsibilities: • Set up of wedding day decorations in a timely manner • Helping with direction of timeline • Managing drop-off catering buffet lines • Clean up of decorations at the end of night • Managing set-up (if needed) at a separate location • Directing guest traffic as and where needed Qualifications: • Previous experience in service industry • Strong project management skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well in teams • Willing to travel • Have their own transportation • Is able to stand/walk/bend up to 8 hours • Can lift up to 25lbs Company DescriptionWe are a wedding planning business who love helping people make their dream wedding day come true!
