As a Part-Time Wedding & Event Planner/Onsite Designer, you will play an integral role in the coordination and execution of our events. This position focuses on the critical tasks typically involved in "Month-of" event planning, including site walkthroughs, liaising with logistics and venue teams, overseeing event setup and styling, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from load-in to final touches. • Client & Vendor Communication: Reach out to clients 30 days before the event to ensure that all critical event details are confirmed and gathered. Work with the Lead to ensure that all event elements are accounted for and nothing is missed during the loading process. Ability to work well with team members, clients, and vendors.
