Wedding Planner + Designer (Full Time)

Wedding Planner & Designer (Full-Time) Confetti & Co Events is seeking a design-driven Wedding Planner & Designer to join our New Orleans team. This is a mid-level role for someone who brings both creative vision and logistical precision, and can confidently guide clients from the beginning of their planning journey through their wedding day. Key Responsibilities Guide clients throughout the full planning process Translate client vision into a cohesive, elevated event design Create custom design materials (signage, seating charts, paper goods) using Canva Build thoughtful, functional floor plans Manage and place rental orders with accuracy Communicate clearly with vendors across all categories Execute events on-site with a calm, solutions-oriented presence Qualifications 3–6+ years of wedding or event planning experience Strong design sense and understanding of current wedding aesthetics Proficiency in Canva with the ability to create polished, custom designs Experience with floor plans and rental coordination Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed Familiarity with the New Orleans wedding market Requirements Must be based in New Orleans, LA Reliable vehicle required Working cell phone and laptop (Apple preferred) Availability for weekends and event days Compensation Starting at $40,000- $55,000, with opportunity for increase based on experience and interview.
