The Lead Wedding Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity for those looking to be a wedding planner. We're looking for individuals to join for our 2026 season and beyond./ppThis position will serve as a lead planner to provide wedding planning services for couples, primarily onsite. You will work alongside our assistant coordinators and provide the following to execute weddings./pulliCreate wedding timelines for couples/liliBe an advocate for the couple, keeping them calm under pressure and assisting with any issues that arise throughout the day/liliOversee ceremony amp; reception set up/liliExecute all day-of operations for the wedding, which includes being at the venue from the very beginning of the morning through tear down at the end of the night/liliGreet and direct all vendors/liliCommunicate with all vendors regarding set ups/liliSet up of seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest book and other decor/liliAssist the wedding party and family with any needs, questions or concerns/liliEnsure end of event arrangements are made for gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, etc./li/ulpstrongRequirements/strong/pulliAbility to work weekends is essential/liliMust have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner/liliMust have strong communication skills and be detail oriented/liliMust have reliable transportation/liliMust be able to carry and lift 30 lbs./li/ul pLeigh amp; Co.
