As a Lead Wedding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing weddings primarily on-site, coordinating all elements to ensure flawless execution from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed wedding timelines that guide the day’s events, acting as an advocate for the couple to keep them calm under pressure, and handling any unforeseen issues effectively.
