Aisle Ai Weddings is hiring a multilingual Wedding Planner to join our Los Angeles team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, creative, culturally aware, and passionate about creating unforgettable wedding experiences for couples from diverse backgrounds.

About the Role

As a Wedding Planner with Aisle Ai Weddings, you’ll guide couples through the planning process from initial consultation through wedding day execution. You’ll coordinate vendors, timelines, logistics, budgets, and guest experiences while providing highly personalized service.

Because we work with couples, families, and vendors from diverse communities, multilingual fluency is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage weddings from initial planning through day-of executionConduct consultations with couples and familiesDevelop and manage wedding timelines, checklists, and planning schedulesSource and coordinate venues, caterers, florists, entertainment, photographers, rentals, and other vendorsManage vendor communication, contracts, deadlines, and logisticsAssist couples with budgets and planning prioritiesCoordinate rehearsals and wedding-day productionManage ceremony and reception timelines on-siteAnticipate problems and provide calm, solutions-oriented supportDeliver an exceptional client experience throughout the planning processWork with the Aisle Ai Weddings team to make wedding planning more organized, efficient, and personalizedProvide culturally thoughtful service to couples and families from a wide range of backgroundsQualifications

Previous experience in wedding planning, event planning, hospitality, or event productionMultilingual — fluency in English plus at least one additional language preferredStrong preference for candidates fluent in languages commonly spoken throughout Los Angeles, including Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Japanese, Hindi, or other languagesExcellent communication and client-service skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable managing multiple vendors, deadlines, and moving partsAbility to remain professional and composed in high-pressure environmentsStrong understanding of different cultural wedding traditions is a major plusComfortable working evenings and weekends based on wedding schedulesReliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the greater Los Angeles areaWho We're Looking For

You’re equally comfortable building a detailed timeline, negotiating with a vendor, communicating with family members, and solving an unexpected problem five minutes before the ceremony.
