Wedding Planner Partners or Co-Founders

HYBRID - Greater Los Angeles Area, Orange County or San Diego We are seeking partners or co-founders with a strong interest in Italian destination weddings and an entrepreneurial mindset to support the launch and growth of NOVAWED, a new digital platform dedicated to international couples planning weddings in Italy. NOVAWED is being developed as an independent venture and is supported by the USC Marshall School of Business Incubator, an academic entrepreneurship program that provides strategic guidance, mentorship, and access to business resources for early-stage ventures. This opportunity is ideal for a wedding planner or destination event professional who wants to go beyond client work and help build and scale a company at the intersection of weddings, platforms, and international clients. What the role involves • Taking an active role in shaping operations and workflows • Supporting the development of the platform and service offering • Coordinating with remote design, content, and development teams • Contributing industry expertise to planner and venue onboarding • Helping define quality standards, processes, and long-term scalability
