Wedding Planner’s Assistant – Day-Of Support

We’re currently looking for a reliable, polished, and proactive Wedding Planner’s Assistant to join our team for a wedding day event. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone passionate about events, organization, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. • Support vendor coordination and arrivals (florist, DJ, photographer, catering, etc.) • Greet and guide guests as needed • Keep track of the timeline and cue vendors for key moments • Assist with bridal party coordination, including ceremony line-up and transitions • Handle minor on-site issues quickly and professionally • Participate in teardown and final venue checks Perks • Work alongside an experienced planning team in a supportive environment • Gain valuable hands-on event experience • Opportunities for future collaborations with Every Milestone Design Co.
